  • Ancestral Lineage Healing with Breathwork

    September 28, 10am-1pm

Our bodies hold ancestral imprints and memories from at least seven generations of the people who came before us. Their gifts and unhealed traumas are expressed through their living descendants on an embodied, nervous system level.

This workshop is an opportunity to dive into the ancestral memories held within your body through somatic therapy tools and a breathwork journey. You will be guided to assess the health of the lineages that came before you and assist in their healing process.

  • Somatic Sisterhood Circle

    October 21-December 9th

The Somatic Sisterhood Circle is a weekly touch point to attune to the wisdom of your body while being held in sisterhood. Each circle includes embodiment practices and meaningful conversations.

This eight week series will be focused on exploring and integrating our shadow. The Shadow in psychology refers to the aspects of self that we repress or hide, often due to shame, fear snd unconscious beliefs.

Throughout our time together, we will co-create a space to explore topics that are often seen as taboo in our culture and hidden in the shadows such as sensuality, sexuality, wildness, death, money, power and self-expression.

This series will offer the space and tools to integrate these innate parts of self, rather than pushing them away, so that we can become fuller, more embodied expressions of ourselves.
