Somatic Sisterhood Circle

The Somatic Sisterhood Circle is a weekly touch point to attune to the wisdom of your body while being held in sisterhood. Each circle includes embodiment practices, guided meditation, and meaningful conversations.

Dates: Thursdays, May 2, 9, 16 & 23 from 6-8pm
Location: Soma Sound Studio, 444 Baker St.

This circle will be facilitated by Marie Zak, Herbalist & Somatic Therapist.
