The Somatic Sisterhood Circle is a weekly touch point to attune to the wisdom of your body while being held in sisterhood. Each circle includes embodiment practices and meaningful conversations.
This eight week series will be focused on Embodying our Power.
In a world that asks women to stay small, quiet and passive we need spaces where we feel safe to expand into our radiance, voice, eros, and power. This container is made up of somatic tools, potent conversations, and meaningful sisterhood - designed to support and guide the process of inhabiting your body and reclaiming your power.
The Somatic Sisterhood Circle is facilitated by Marie Zak, Herbalist & Somatic Therapist.
Tuesdays from 6-8pm from January 6 - February 24
