The Somatic Sisterhood Circle is a weekly gathering to connect to the wisdom of your body while being held in sisterhood. Each circle includes embodiment practices, honest conversations, and the healing power of women supporting women.
This eight week series will be focused on Sexual Healing & Liberation.
Sexuality is one of the deepest expressions of our aliveness. It is a doorway into pleasure, creativity, intimacy, play, and authentic self-expression. Yet for many women it has also become a place of shame, fear, disconnection, and confusion. We inherit generations of sexual trauma, absorb harmful cultural messages about how we should be, and disconnect from our bodies in order to belong.
This circle is devoted to reclaiming our sexuality as women, and liberating ourselves from societal conditioning so that we can inhabit our bodies, receive our desires, and claim our authentic sexual expression.
Together we will explore:
Cultivating safety and trust within your body
Understanding your desires through your unique erotic blueprint
Communicating boundaries with clarity and confidence
Expanding your capacity to experience pleasure
Healing body image wounds and deepening self-acceptance
Exploring power dynamics of giving, receiving, and surrender
Meeting and integrating your sexual shadow
This is an invitation to come home to yourself; to explore sexuality as a source of vitality, pleasure, creativity, confidence, and life force. Together we'll create a space where your body can soften, your desires can be heard, and your eros can express.
