Ingredients

*California Poppy (Eschscholzia californica), *Chamomile (Matricaria recutita), *Hops (Humulus lupulus), *Cane Alcohol, Water
*Organic

Suggested Use

Take 1-5ml (30-150 drops) in the evening and/or before bed. Consult a health practitioner if you are on any medications or have any pre existing health conditions prior to using this product. Not recommended for children under the age of 12.
